Stichting Pak Mijn Hand is committed to an Amsterdam in which all children get the chance to grow, learn and fully participate. We connect children with caring people, mothers, companies and schools, and develop practical projects that broaden their world.

Thuiszitters – Samen vooruit
Jongeren die thuiszitten of vastlopen krijgen persoonlijke begeleiding. Geen druk, geen oordeel – stap voor stap werken we aan perspectief en toekomst. Met aparte begeleiding voor jongeren én ouders.
De Moeder Academie
Een veilige en warme plek voor vrouwen in Amsterdam Oost. Moeders, oma's, tantes en andere opvoeders komen samen om elkaar te steunen, te leren en sterker te worden – voor zichzelf én hun families.
Verkeerslessen Zuidoost
Veiligheid, zelfvertrouwen en verkeersvaardigheid voor kinderen én ouders. Praktijkgerichte fietslessen die aansluiten op de échte verkeerssituaties in de wijk.
